What are you trying to achieve?
I am trying to set up a scenario to Watch Shipments in ShipHero, and I’m trying to access the help documentation, but the link out to Not found returns “content not found”. Was the documentation deleted or something? Why would the ShipHero module link out to a documentation page that doesn’t exist?

For bugs like this, directly contacting support is the only possible way it can be fixed.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free Make account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.

Thank you @samliew! I was struggling with the ticket submission prompts since I wasn’t sure if this counted as a bug, but I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction. I’ve submitted a technical issue ticket and will update here with a solution if I hear back.
