Who to contact when an app is missing essential functionality – Make or the module company?

To understand who is responsible for adding missing functionality to a Make app – Make itself, or the third-party company whose module it is.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

I’m using a Make app (a module built by a third-party company) and I noticed it’s missing essential functionality that I need for my automation.

My question is: who should I contact to request this feature?

  • Is it Make (since it’s part of the Make platform)?
  • Or is it the company that owns the app/module?

Would love to understand the responsibility split and the right process for submitting feature requests in this case.

In addition, I would always contact the service/party that the app is built for so that they are aware of the usage and missing functionality but can also contact Make directly.
