Wix E-Commerce to order management

I am looking for a solution that will help me solve the following scenario and similar scenarios but with different details.

  1. I add a product to my Wix store.
  2. The product EX: Advertising At Applebee’s.
  3. Item is 16oz Pint Glasses
  4. Color Imprint is Black
    5.Price Is $
  5. I add the description.
  6. I toggle track inventory.
  7. I set the inventory to 2 (Business 1 and Business 2).
  8. I save the product and it shows up on the website

Business 1 goes on my website and is shopping.

  1. The business adds the product “Applebee’s” to their shopping cart.
  2. The business then checks out with all of their applicable information.
  3. Order is submitted and they receive a confirmation email.

Business 2 goes on my website and does the same thing as business 1.

Now the product is out of stock.

With all the information I have gathered I need to create a PO (Purchase Order) to send to my vendor to get the product made.

PO 1:

Restaurant Name: Pulls from CRM?
Restaurant Logo: Pulls from CRM?

Item: Pulls from CRM or the product page
Color Imprint: Pulls from product page
Quantity: Pulls from product page

Business 1 Name:
Business 1 Logo:

Business 2 Name:
Business 2 Logo:

When’s that you need to merge these orders? When stock goes out? Or daily?

In any case, chances are you need a database to store orders temporarily, and then merge orders in a single PO whenever you want.
