I’m facing a connection issue to the WordPress plug-in and it seems that the documentation is not accurate anymore.

The instructions in the WordPress help docs should be up to date. To get things running smoothly, I recommend following them closely. Also, could you please check that your WordPress server is not blocking the Make IP addresses and potentially white list them?

If none of the above does the trick for you, it would indicate an account-related issue. In that case, could you please open a support ticket with us?

I already followed the documentation but it’s not accurate ,anymore, the doc has not been update since Intrgromat…
