Your Make scenario works. Not as well as you planned. Let’s fix that

Hi, I’m Zay.

I’m interested in the awkward kind of automation problem: the scenario technically works, but part of it still lives in your head because you just don’t trust it enough to forget about it.

That’s the kind of problem I like working on.

I work across Make, APIs, AI workflows and digital products. Sometimes the right answer is a new build. Quite often, it’s understanding what is already there, finding the real failure point and changing less than expected.

I can help with:

  • diagnosing and recovering unreliable Make scenarios
  • designing multi-system workflows before they become unmanageable
  • API and webhook integrations
  • human-in-the-loop and AI-assisted workflows
  • turning an unclear operational problem into a buildable system

I’m probably a good fit when the problem is messy, the requirements are still taking shape, or a quick automation has become business-critical.

If you have something stuck, describe what should happen, what happens instead, and what you have already tried. I’ll tell you whether it looks like a small repair, a structural problem, or simply the wrong tool for the job.
