Make-API Error or Notification Webhook

Hello together,

We are currently looking for a solution, to better monitor Scenario errors for many different Make Accounts at the same time.

Thus, we would like to have Make trigger a Webhook, every time a Scenario fails, or a Notification is sent. But in the Make API-Documentation, I can not find any Webhook functionality. (So that the Make Software itself, calls a Webhook when a Scenarion fails).

Is there any way to achieve that?

We would (for instance) like to have a Teams-Bot, that sends a Card whenever a Scenario fails, but we do not have the trigger for that.
