Hey, i really want to build a youtube shorts ai system where i can upload youtube shorts with no face and ai voice. Please help me with this

Also remember that i just have the open api premium and i really want to make it free or less cost scenario

It can be done, but you need more than the chatgpt API. You will also need APIs that generate images, audio and an API that merges video and audio. Some examples are: Leonardo ai, piApi, luma, eleven labs and JSON2Video.
These are just some examples. There are many options.
