What is your goal?
Is anyone else using the 0codekit integration and getting errors? I’m getting the error below since yesterday. I’ve tried contacting 0codekit but got no response.
Couldn’t connect
ESOCKETTIMEDOUT: The request to https://prod.0codekit.com/operator/scheduler/add has exceeded the allotted timeout.
Code: ConnectionError
Origin: 0CodeKit
What is the problem & what have you tried?
Error suddenly started

Hello,
No errors on my side.
Are you using Make an API call module or dedicated module Schedule a Cronjob or a Timer for a Webhook?
If you are using Api Call could you please share your request with blurred webhook and webhook body?
Using "Schedule a Cronjob or a Timer for a Webhook".
The scenario has worked ok for months and hasn’t been changed. It looks to be an intermittent issue with 0codekit but their support people seem to be unresponsive.
Can you share input data? Can you try to run module with hardcore data? On my side everything works.
Example below. It’s a timeout error though. I don’t think it’s to do with the data being sent.

Data
{
“trip_id”: “xxxxxxx”
}

-
Webhook URL
https://hook.eu1.make.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
-

I validated it once again on my accounts- everything works fine.
Are you sure you are passing correct date format? 0CodeKit requires ISO 8601- 2024-07-29T15:51:28.071Z
If you want to contact with 0CodeKit I can suggest Slack as the most “reachable” channel @Andrew_Ashton -
Thanks for trying to help. There’s definitely nothing wrong with the data I’m passing. It’s an issue with the 3rd party. I was just looking to see if anyone else was having the same issue or if Make might have some kind of support contact with 0codekit as their official support channels don’t seem to be responding.
I have access to a few different 0CodeKit accounts (created 2+ years ago and few weeks ago so if they using different instances I should have high chances to recreate your error) and there are no problems you reported. Both with direct API calls and native modules.
Slack is from my experience the best channel to contact 0CodeKit. If you have not tried that- I strongly recommend.
They are also memebers of our Community:

Have a nice day and please let me know if you found solution.
No response on slack. Got a reply to the support request I raised (although it was 4 days after reporting) which I have screen-shotted here.
