[401 Unauthorized] Falha Persistente ao Conectar Módulo WordPress a Subsite (Multisite)

I am experiencing a persistent 401 Unauthorized error when trying to connect the Make WordPress module to my subsite on a WordPress Multisite network (Subdomain configuration: https://br.bramulti.com).

The WordPress module simply cannot authenticate, and we have exhausted all infrastructure solutions.

Context Information
Main Domain: bramulti.com connects and works normally with Make.

Faulty Subsite: br.bramulti.com always returns 401.

Infrastructure: Server on TurboCloud (cPanel/WHM).

Troubleshooting Steps Taken
We have already eliminated firewall and credential issues. We did the following:

WAF/Firewall Released: Hosting support confirmed that ModSecurity/CPGuard (WAF) is disabled for Make IPs (152.42.189.98, 34.93.16.66, etc.) and confirmed that the custom header (iwc-api-key) is NOT being removed/blocked. The request arrives clean to WordPress.

Credential Testing: We attempted to connect with the Make Connector plugin key and the WordPress Application Password. Both failed with a 401 error.

Basic Authentication Enabled: We installed the WP BASIC AUTH plugin on the subsite to ensure that Basic Authentication is enabled, as most API tools require.

Even with Basic Auth enabled, the 401 Unauthorized error persists on the subsite.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue where Multisite (Subdomain) rejects Basic Authentication, even after all configurations?

Estou enfrentando um erro persistente de 401 Unauthorized ao tentar conectar o módulo WordPress do Make ao meu subsite em uma rede WordPress Multisite (configuração de Subdomínio: https://br.bramulti.com).

O módulo WordPress simplesmente não consegue autenticar, e já esgotamos todas as soluções de infraestrutura.

Informações de Contexto

  • Domínio Principal: bramulti.com conecta e funciona normalmente com o Make.

  • Subsite com Falha: br.bramulti.com sempre retorna 401.

  • Infraestrutura: Servidor na TurboCloud (cPanel/WHM).

Etapas de Troubleshooting Realizadas

Já eliminamos o Firewall e problemas de credenciais. Fizemos o seguinte:

  1. WAF/Firewall Liberado: O suporte da hospedagem confirmou que o ModSecurity/CPGuard (WAF) está desativado para os IPs do Make (152.42.189.98, 34.93.16.66, etc.) e confirmou que o cabeçalho personalizado (iwc-api-key) NÃO está sendo removido/bloqueado. A requisição chega limpa ao WordPress.

  2. Teste de Credenciais: Tentamos a conexão com a chave do plugin Make Connector e com a Application Password (Senha de Aplicativo) do WordPress. Ambas falharam com 401.

  3. Basic Authentication Ativa: Instalamos o plugin WP BASIC AUTH no subsite para garantir que a Autenticação Básica esteja ativa, conforme a maioria das ferramentas de API exigem.

  4. Eliminação de Conflitos: Desativamos todos os plugins não essenciais no subsite, incluindo plugins de segurança e SEO.

Mesmo com o Basic Auth ativo o erro 401 Unauthorized persiste no subsite.

Alguém já enfrentou um problema semelhante onde o Multisite (Subdomínio) rejeita a Autenticação Básica, mesmo após todas as configurações?

I think this is unnecessary. Disable as many plugins as you can to reduce possible conflicts.
