[403] forbidden: you are not allowed to create a tweet with duplicate content

Hey Makers,

I’m getting the above error when trying to automate content via Twitter/X’s API.

There is no duplicate content. The LinkedIn and Facebook automations are working fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Make community!

You can’t tweet something, delete it, and then repost similar content. You could try to bypass Twitter’s “similarity detection” by adding a timestamp or random numbers after it.
