hi i am getting this error pls help me i did reauthorized succesfully but when creating post this pops up - [403] Forbidden: You are not permitted to perform this action. Even api token are not used still.
I am getting the same error for the last 2 days. Both times I ran it manually and it worked so I’m a little stumped myself.
Welcome to the Make community!
If it previously worked, but now it doesn’t, it’s a technical issue.
For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your account or scenario might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

P.S.: Did you know, the concepts of about 70% of questions asked on this forum are already covered in the Make Academy. Investing some effort into it will save you lots of time and frustration using Make later!
Jessy_Nick,
I was able to figure out my issue. Check the tweet length on the history of the failed run. Copy/paste what would’ve been the tweet into a potential manual post to see if it exceeds the length…mine did even though it’s specifically not to exceed. 403 is also the error that twitter returns for those users exceeding the 280 character length that “could” exceed if they are verified. The error is technically correct “we are not permitted to perform this action” UNLESS we were verified. Hope your issue was the same as mine and this is what it is.
i think you’re are right it sure exceeded 280 words in the post and failed. ill try the automation again for few days and update you. Thanks man for the help👍
