Can’t seem to log in with my Make.com account. Seen other users with the same exact problem. Does anyone know anything to fix this?

This issue might be a reoccurrence of 418: Unknown Exception and Help! Can't Login & Access Make Account, happened a month ago.
For account issues like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what we have access to.

I’m very sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues logging into your account.
Could you please make sure you’re using the correct login method: either password + email or SSO? If that doesn’t work, please try clearing your cache and cookies, and using a different browser.

I just wanted to step in and share an update about this.
Last week, we had an issue that temporarily overloaded our us1.make.com and eu1.make.com zones, causing some users to be logged out or be unable to login. We’re genuinely sorry for any trouble and frustration this may have caused.
We identified the root cause and mitigated the problem already and we’ll continue to monitor the situation. Should you face any problems logging in or getting logged out while you use the platform, please let us know right away.
