Yes, I would need WhatsApp as a module, but after that, I’m not sure how to make the WhatsApp application automatically respond when users ask a question. Which module should I add next on Make to make this work?
Should I create a prompt myself so that users can ask any question on WhatsApp, and the virtual concierge service can respond correctly to their requests?
I have an example of a concierge service in the construction field, with an assistant that helps professionals quickly draft quotes using specialized AI, like “Renalto.fr,” which offers solutions for artisans, architects, and other building professionals.
I really want to do something similar, but catering to various needs, not limited to just one sector.
I recommend looking into Manychat. This is a Meta messaging tool where you can make chatbots. If you want to add AI to this flow i can help you with that. i have done this before.
The flow i have build was with a few static questions and after that AI takes over.
