Here is the current scenario. The dropbox file download fetches each file individually and adds it to the aggregator individually
which ends sending an email by each file download I attach to the gmail module.
I’m trying to make the array have every file in one bundle so that gmail only sends one email.

You need to set the “Source Module” field of the aggregator to where the bundles are coming from. This is usually an Iterator module, but can also be a search/list/repeater module, or even your RSS module.
