Airtable fields sometimes read as empty — bundles don’t pass filter

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with a scenario that pulls records from Airtable and posts them on Facebook.
The scenario used to work fine, but recently it’s been very inconsistent:

  • Sometimes the automation runs perfectly and all posts are published.

  • Other times, some bundles don’t pass the filter and the run stops with errors like:

    23. Imagem da Publicação.url ?

  1. Legenda pro Make ?

I checked the records in Airtable — the fields are not empty

  • Imagem da Publicação is an attachment,

  • Legenda pro Make is text,

  • Data e hora de Publicação is a date.

I also confirmed that the field types are correct and the data is there.

The same record may fail once and succeed later, so it seems random.

I attached screenshots of the Filter Inspector and the run log showing the issue.

Has anyone else seen this? Could it be a delay or bug in how Make retrieves Airtable attachment/text fields?

Thanks for any help!

Hi @Marcela_Araujo Welcome to the community!

Can you please relevant scenario screenshots and a bit of steps explanation.

Best,
@Prem_Patel

We publish posts daily on several Facebook pages.
Here’s an example of one of the pages:

Our Make scenario is scheduled to run at regular 30-minute intervals, from 07:07 to 22:47, Monday through Sunday.

For the past three days, the scenario has been throwing errors, and I’ve had to manually adjust the calendar and reschedule the posts that didn’t go out.

This issue is happening across all of our Facebook pages.

When I check the run history in Make, these are some of the errors I see:

However, these fields are not empty in Airtable, and there’s nothing wrong with them.

I need help figuring out why sometimes the posts are published at the scheduled time correctly, and other times they fail without any clear reason.

Thanks in advance for any support or guidance!
