Hello I have a website, WooCommerce installed, and I manage my products with Airtable. Now I would like to transfer the products to WooCommerce via Make. Could you please contact me for details? Thank you for your prompt reply.

Hi there! I work with Make, Airtable, and WooCommerce and can definitely help you set up an automation to send your Airtable products into WooCommerce (including price, stock, images, and updates). If you can share a bit more detail about your Airtable base structure (e.g. which fields you use for title, price, SKU, stock, images, variations) and whether you already have WooCommerce API keys set up, I can outline the exact scenario and mapping for you. Feel free to send me the details or a couple of screenshots and we can walk through the setup step by step.

Hi

yes the problem is that i can not transfer this shown on screenshot.
Best thanks in advance

Hello Plutus
I was able to solve the Categories and Tags but I’have trouble with Brand, In airtable I choose for example one word he should appear in woocommerce.
If you can help me I will appreciate you very much. And please sorry my bad English again. Hope you understand what I have right

No worries at all — your English is easy to understand.
The reason Brand is not transferring is because WooCommerce does not have a built-in “Brand” field; it is created by a plugin, which uses its own custom taxonomy.
Make can only send data to WooCommerce taxonomies when you manually specify the taxonomy name. To fix this, open your WooCommerce “Create/Update Product” module in Make, scroll down to Custom Taxonomies (or enable Advanced Mapping), add a new taxonomy, and enter product_brand as the taxonomy name — this is the correct taxonomy used by the Brands plugin. Then map your Airtable Brand field into the “value” box. When the scenario runs, WooCommerce will automatically create the brand if it doesn’t exist, or link the product to the existing brand. After saving, the brand you choose in Airtable will appear correctly in the WooCommerce “Brands” column. If you’re using a different brand plugin, just send me the plugin name or a screenshot and I can confirm the exact taxonomy name.

Hi Plutus

I can not find the word Custom Taxonomies !!

I send you the screenshot you asked

Thanks for the screenshot.
It helps a lot. Your WooCommerce Brands plugin uses the taxonomy name pwb-brand, which I can see in the URL (taxonomy=pwb-brand). This means you don’t need to look for “Custom Taxonomies” inside WooCommerce; instead, you add it inside Make. In your Make “Create/Update Product” module, scroll down and enable Advanced Mapping. When advanced mapping is enabled, you will see a field called “taxonomies” or “custom taxonomies”. Add a new item there, set taxonomy to pwb-brand, and map your Airtable Brand value into “terms”. After saving, Make will send the brand correctly and WooCommerce will show it under the Brands section. If you still cannot find the field, send me a screenshot of your Make WooCommerce module and I will point to the exact spot.
