In order to analyze the number of operations used in each funnel and optimize the use of our annual plan and the available operations, i conducted a review. During this analysis, i found a discrepancy between the numbers shown on the dashboard and those presented in the history and extracted data.

I wanted to better understand how the number of operations is calculated for each funnel and how we can track them more effectively to optimize the use of the operations that i have avaliable.

Hi @Ambipar_ESG
The number of operations shown in your dashboard counts every module run, including tools, routers, and internal steps, not just external actions. The history view shows details per scenario run, which can make the totals look different. To track operations more accurately, review the Operations tab under your organization settings, and use scenario-level usage logs
