Android SMS not sent

Hello,

I have read a few messages here saying that sending SMS via Male.com does not work on Xiaomi phones. Is that really true ?
I have a Xiaomi 12T and though I have given all the proper authorisations to the Make.com app, no SMS is sent.

I have opened a ticket but it never asks for an email… only the URL of the scenario. How do they contact you then ?

They will reply to you based on the email for the account you are signed in with.

Thanks again for your reply. I have not received any acknowledgement from Make on this ticket…

I just checked our system and unfortunately cannot locate the ticket you’re referring to. There are two already closed and solved tickets - both about Notion - created in March and April.

Would you mind creating this ticket again?

We checked our system and, unfortunately, we couldn’t find any new tickets created with the email address associated with your community profile. Could you please check if you received an email confirmation after logging the last ticket with us?

The tickets we currently have on record are:

  • 814354
  • 819233
