Hi looking for some advice please.

I have s scenario: creating a ‘Lead’ in pipedrive from the moment a credit is used in #Apollo.io to download/access the contact information in apollo.

I’m looking to bring over the contact name, email and LinkedIn URL.

As well as the company name, number.

At the moment it works but if the contact doesn’t have either an email or number, it doesn’t bring anything at all, no contact person gets ported to Pipedrive.

Please can you advise what I need to do to bring over the contact/company no matter if it has the required email/phone number or not.

Hello,

While creating a Lead in Pipedrive, per design, it should be linked to a person or organization, if you are seeing error in scenario history please help with few screenshots of error, based on message can advise further.
