App review pending since July 3rd — no update after 6 follow-up emails

:bullseye: What is your goal?

Get an update on our custom app review (Scorechain), submitted for review on July 3rd, 2026, and find out how to reach a human reviewer since email follow-ups haven’t worked.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

We submitted our custom app “Scorechain” for review on July 3rd, 2026. We received the initial email the same day, asking us to complete a form, which we submitted on July 6th.

Since then, I’ve sent 6 follow-up emails to [email protected] (July 21, 23, 27, 28, Aug 3, Aug 5) and only received automated “request received” acknowledgments — no update from a human reviewer.

This morning (Aug 10) I re-submitted the review form myself, hoping to trigger some movement, but still no direct communication from anyone on the review team.

Could anyone point me to the right way to escalate this, or is there a Make team member who could take a look at the review request submitted by [email protected]?

Hi @Julien_Scorechain – I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received a response at all. Let me try to look into this internally, and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

Hi @Julien_Scorechain – I’ve notified the relevant team, and escalated your issue. The external apps team is very small, and there is a big backlog, hence the delay in getting back to you. But they have eyes on your submission now, and should get back to you very soon :slight_smile:
