We submitted our custom app for review 3 weeks ago and haven’t received any updates yet. We would like to know if there any problems in our custom app we should fix

The app status has been in “Pending Review” status for 3 weeks

We’d love to have your app in our ecosystem - thanks for making the effort to build and submit it.

When you submit an app for review, you should get an almost immediate auto-response that asks you to complete a short form with further information. The email notes that “your review cannot proceed until this form is submitted”.

As we haven’t seen the form submission, your review hasn’t progressed.

You should have received that email on Mar 6.

If you can’t find any record of it, please let me know.

Could you please clarify which form needs to be filled out? Is it available in the review tab of our custom app, or should it have been sent to our email (brizocrm@gmail.com)?
