Hello i have a google sheet with the price of shipping and the different zone which has also been created in prestashop
rather than adding those info manuall 1 by 1 i would like to have a simple way to update then if any
i am seeking your help since i have been able to find anything on that

While PrestaShop has an integration, there doesn’t seem to have any module that allows you to update shipping methods.
The PrestaShop API doesn’t seem to have any endpoints for updating shipping methods either, so you’re out of luck. You might want to suggest this to the PrestaShop developers to create an endpoint for this.
