I would like that, through Make.com, when I receive an email in my inbox, ChatGPT responds to the easy questions in the email. If there are more difficult questions, it should reply saying that we have received all the information and will get back to them once we have all the answers. Currently, when ChatGPT replies to my email, it responds to all the questions, even if they require specific confirmations.

Additionally, at the moment, when ChatGPT replies to my email, the response lacks structure. How can I ensure that the response email in my drafts is well-structured and looks like a proper email?

To answer for some specific questions you need a good prompt. For reference, you can use GPT itself to create the prompt and then make changes accordingly.

To structure the text, prompt GPT to generate output in HTML format.
