We are seeking Make.com expert for a comprehensive automation initiative, starting immediately with Phase 1 of our Sales Process: Diagnosis and Quotation.
This initial project represents a long-term collaboration opportunity; our roadmap includes automating all 4 sales phases, followed by a 9-phase agreement execution process.
Phase 1 Scope: Diagnosis & Quotation
The goal is to automate client eligibility diagnosis and commercial quote generation based on four scoring factors: Credit, Technical, Projects History, and Governance.
● Optimization: We have drafted an initial workflow, but we expect you to review and enhance the architecture for maximum efficiency and robust error handling.
● Full Access (Under NDA): Upon signing an NDA, we will share our proprietary Excel calculation models. You will have direct visibility to map these formulas into native Make.com logic.
● Role Isolation: The calculation logic must remain a “black box” completely hidden from our internal sales and diagnosis teams. Make must handle these background calculations and push only the final scores to the front-facing dashboards.
Next Steps
If your team excels at translating complex financial/operational Excel models into secure Make.com logic, we want to hear from you.
Please book a meeting slot form below ZOOM scheduler link,
We aim to finalize partner selection and collect all quotes by June 15, 2026.
This sounds like an interesting project, especially the requirement to convert complex Excel-based scoring models into secure Make.com workflows while keeping the calculation logic isolated from end users.
I work primarily on Make.com automation projects involving business process automation, scoring systems, AI integrations, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRMs, APIs, and custom workflow architecture with robust error handling and reporting.
I’ve built automations for lead management, document processing, CRM synchronization, quotation workflows, AI-powered decision systems, and multi-step operational processes.
Hello @talal , welcome to make.com community, I have worked and have experience with Make.com and l will love to collaborate with you on this you can schedule a call Here and you can checkout my upwork profile Here, for my pastworks and certifications
I can help with Phase 1 if you want this handled as a fixed-scope Make build with a clear handoff, not an open-ended hourly engagement.
For this kind of Excel-to-Make scoring system I would split it into two paid milestones:
Diagnostic / architecture milestone, 1-2 days: review the Excel models under NDA, map each scoring factor, define the Make data model, hidden calculation layer, dashboard outputs, error states and quote-generation flow. This avoids guessing the fixed price before seeing formula complexity.
Phase 1 implementation, target 15 days after sign-off: build the Make scenarios, convert the scoring logic into maintainable Make/native logic or a small documented helper layer if Make becomes brittle, add role-isolated outputs, logging, retry/error handling and a handoff document for your team.
My relevant fit is API/webhook automation, Make/n8n-style workflow design, Excel/calculation-model translation, scoring engines, dashboards/internal tools, audit trails and failure-state handling. The black-box requirement is important: internal teams should see only scores, quote outputs and review states, while the formulas and intermediate calculations stay isolated.
Indicative pricing: I would start with a paid diagnostic around EUR 350-500, then give the final fixed Phase 1 build price after reviewing the models. For a 15-day Phase 1 with several scoring factors and quote generation, I would expect the implementation to be in the EUR 1,500-2,500 range depending on formula complexity and dashboard/report requirements.
If that process fits your selection timeline for June 15, send the NDA/payment flow and I can review the phase 1 model and return a concrete milestone plan.
This sounds like a very interesting project and aligns well with the type of automation work we deliver at Flowbird Ltd. We are a Make Partner and have extensive experience building complex Make.com solutions, including projects for financial services clients, fintech businesses, and cryptocurrency-related workflows where security, data integrity, and controlled access to business logic are critical requirements.
Your approach of keeping the calculation models as a “black box” within Make is absolutely achievable. We’ve previously translated complex Excel-based scoring, pricing, and decision-making models into secure automation workflows, ensuring that end users only see the final outputs while the underlying calculations remain protected.
I noticed the project mentions selecting a partner by June 15, while the earliest meeting availability appears to be June 16. We’re available to discuss requirements beforehand via messages and can also arrange an earlier call if needed to help you decide within your timeline.
If you’d like to discuss the project further, feel free to DM me or email me at [email protected].
I would split phase 1 into a scoring contract first, then the Make build.
For diagnosis and quote generation, I would define the four factor inputs, normalized score bands, quote rules, exception paths, and run log before wiring modules. Then the first Make slice can take one sanitized lead record through diagnosis, quote output, review step, and error handling so the 15-day kickoff has something measurable.
TinyOps Studio can quote a fixed $750 diagnostic/build slice for phase 1. If this is still open, DM me one sanitized sample input, the expected quote output, and the current workflow screenshot or module list, and I can confirm scope.
Quick read on Phase 1: scoring on Credit / Technical / Projects History / Governance as four modular Make scenarios (rather than one monolithic flow) is the architecture I’d want for the roadmap you described. Each factor as its own module with weights you control means Phases 2–4 of sales and the 9-stage agreement execution slot in without rebuilding — roughly 5% effort uplift now, saves 50%+ of refactor cost when you scale to the later phases.
Two clarifying questions for the call:
• Where the “black box” boundary actually lives — between your team and the Make scenarios, or between Make and external scoring inputs?
• Does the calculation logic feed into Make at runtime, or get ported into a structured equivalent inside the scenarios?
I shipped a structurally similar build last year — Make.com + custom scoring modules + NDA-restricted business logic — for a UK e-commerce ops shop. Multi-phase rollout, same constraint shape. Happy to walk through it on the call.
On timing: I can ship Phase 1 in 12 working days from kickoff (well within your 15-day window). Available for Zoom anytime in the next 36 hours — send a slot that works on your end and I’ll join.
Hi! I’m Misha, an automation and LLM integration expert. I’ve scheduled a Zoom meeting to discuss your Phase 1 Sales Process automation initiative and how I can help transform your Excel-based diagnosis and quotation models into a secure, scalable Make.com workflow. I’ll review your current architecture, optimize the automation logic, implement robust error handling, and ensure your scoring calculations remain protected as a backend black box while delivering clear outputs to your sales dashboards. Looking forward to discussing the roadmap and building a foundation that can scale across all future sales and agreement execution phases.
