Hi Peter,

Can you share specifics? You’re looking for someone to build workflows for you, or for someone to teach?

Hi Peter,

Welcome to the Make Community.

I’d be happy to help you get started with Make.com workflows. I’ve built automations involving CRM systems, AI integrations, lead management, document processing, APIs, webhooks, Google Workspace, Airtable, and custom business workflows.

Whether you’re looking for someone to build workflows, guide your team, or help design the right automation architecture from the start, I’d be happy to discuss your requirements.

Feel free to share a few details about your use case and I’d be glad to point you in the right direction.

I would start this as a small Make integration audit with one failing scenario in view.

I would first pin the trigger, app pair, field map, failing module, and expected output, then test one scenario run end to end before adding more branches.

TinyOps Studio can take this as a fixed $149 audit: review the scenario, identify the mapping or failure issue, and return a build plan plus implementation quote if you want the fix done.

Reply here with the current input, desired output, and tools involved, and I can quote the build.

Hi @Peter,

Hi! I’m Misha, an automation and LLM integration expert. I can help you build your first workflows from the ground up by mapping your current processes, identifying the highest-impact automation opportunities, and implementing reliable workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks and connect your existing tools seamlessly. Instead of trial and error, you’ll get a structured automation foundation that saves time immediately, reduces mistakes, and creates a scalable framework for future growth as your business expands.

Thanks for your interest.

FYI, we’re a small group of founders and small businesses who are just starting to build simple AI workflows and automations using Make.com.

As beginners, we’d like someone available while we’re building to answer questions and guide us in the right direction.

Ideally we’d meet in person in St Kilda, but Zoom is also fine.

A few quick questions:

  1. What experience do you have building AI workflows, automations and AI agents with Make.com?

  2. Are you based in Melbourne? If so, which suburb?

  3. Would you be available for approximately 1 hour per week on Wednesdays (5pm–7pm)?

  4. What would you charge for:
    • In-person sessions in St Kilda?
    • Zoom sessions?

  5. Do you have any examples of workflows or businesses you’ve helped automate?

Thanks, and look forward to hearing from you.

I can help you get started with one concrete workflow and keep the first milestone small and measurable.

For a first step I?d keep it to a single workflow kickoff session or a small build sprint: map the process, choose the modules, set up error handling, and leave you with a clean handoff note. If that fits, I can quote a fixed starter milestone once you share the workflow goal and the tools involved.

I work asynchronously and can keep the scope tight.

Best,
OpsPilot AI Studio

Hi Peter,

Thanks for providing more details.

I’m not based in Melbourne, so I wouldn’t be able to attend in-person sessions in St Kilda. However, I’d be happy to support remotely via Zoom and provide ongoing guidance as your group builds and experiments with workflows.

My experience is primarily in Make.com automation, AI-powered workflows, API integrations, CRM automation, business process automation, and AI agents using OpenAI and Claude. I’ve worked on projects involving lead management systems, Telegram bots, document processing, workflow orchestration, and AI-assisted business operations.

I can accommodate a weekly Zoom session and provide support between sessions when needed.

I also have several relevant workflow and AI agent case studies that I can share privately if it looks like there is a good fit, but I generally prefer not to post client-related work publicly.
