We’ve seen a number of scheduled tasks which have been unedited for over 12 months, run at the wrong time, not the scheduled time. For example, a task scheduled to run at 10:00 am ran at 10:32 am Run Id: 3af8e6be6f1c42118ee155fcc46f1040, and a task scheduled to run at 9:00 am ran at 9:52 am. Run id: c9334b7b77d54b55b5eff1c67c1ab91b
We have had to check every scenario and run the affected manually. This isn’t what we’re paying for!
What is going wrong here, and when will Make.com be fixing it? Thanks.
We apologize for the frustrations caused by this issue. As stated on our status page, we had an issue with slowed-down and delayed executions in the EU1 zone around 10 CET.
The devs already investigated the situation and released a fix. Could you please confirm that everything is up and running on your end?
Thank you so much for taking the time to reply — we really appreciate your message and the fix that’s been applied. That said, we do feel a refund of the credits used during the affected period would be appropriate, as the issue was clearly acknowledged as being on your side rather than ours. We rely on timely executions for live site operations, and having to manually check and run everything caused significant disruption and additional work.
It’s also a little disappointing that this problem was buried quietly on page 4 of the status page — we only found it after some detective work. It might be helpful in future if Make.com could send a direct email or dashboard alert to affected users when such incidents occur, rather than leaving us in the dark. That kind of transparency would go a long way toward maintaining trust and confidence in the platform.
We’re genuinely glad to hear the devs have implemented a fix, but as a loyal user, we’d love to see better communication, clearer updates, and proactive credit adjustments when errors like this happen. A small gesture of goodwill would certainly restore some faith after a very stressful morning!
Many thanks again for your attention, schoolreadinglist
