I have created a scenario that reads the new data and then sends an email. The thing is that I didn’t send it automatically. I have to press play to send the overdue emails.

So you should know that this module is not an Instant trigger which means it will only trigger a 15-minute delay, so if you want to execute your scenario at the instant of information received you should create an instant trigger.
