I want to send email when new row is added to spreadsheet
What is the problem?
I have several questions. 1) I have a business email address on my domain and use Webmail, but i don’t see Webmail as an option here to select from. I don’t use Gmail for my business. I guess the only solution is to use the built-in email feature, which is fine, except I don’t see a way to add my website logo. Is there a way to do this using the built-in email? 2) If i were to use Gmail, do i need to create a template in Gmail first? Would be nice if there was clear instructions on setting up and sending emails, sorry if i missed it.

Welcome to the community.
Yes, you must use the Email module to send emails. It uses a standard SMTP connection.
To add a logo, you must create your email in HTML format.
You can use any free HTML email creator. For example, stripo.email. or copy HTML code of your footer and use it in your email body.
Thanks for the quick response. I am able to connect my Outlook email account however, i am getting an error message in the Folder* section: Failed to load data; User is authenticated but not connected; Value must not be empty.

What would help here is clearer separation between three things: designing the email, sending the email, and branding the email. Gmail or webmail handles sending.
