Cannot Find Pages in instagram business account

I’m trying to set up an automated posting account from another public user’s account.

I have my main Facebook with a sub-Instagram account set to business. My prominent Instagram is private. However, the pages aren’t loading. I noticed your need for some PPA. But since my sub-account is business, I thought that would be acceptable.

The Meta website is not helpful. Do I need to set up a campaign? I see the page tab on meta but don’t understand how to create one. I’ve tried making multiple connections, but all seem to have the same issue. It says it connected properly, but the pages won’t show up. Am I missing something or doing it incorrectly?

Any help would be appreciated.

In your Meta business account, you need to link your Facebook Business Page to your Instagram Business Account.

This issue happens when your Facebook page has not been connected to your Instagram Business account in Meta Business Suite. You need to check the following:

  • You have a Facebook account that can perform admin-equivalent tasks on a Facebook Page that has been connected to the Instagram account you want to access.

  • You have an Instagram for Business account. You can create an Instagram account on instagram.com, and then switch it to a Business account. Please refer to the Set Up a Business Account on Instagram guide. It is important to ensure that you are working with a BUSINESS account, since CREATOR-type accounts will not work.
