Cannot initialize the scenario because of the reason 'Flow is empty and contains no configured module' with Google Sheets

What are you trying to achieve?

I want to run a scenario, and first I want to retrive some info from Google sheets, which I will later use in my scenario. The scenario is triggered on a Webhook (form answer).
When I try to trigger via the Webhook I get this error, but when I chose “run this module only it” works fine.

Try saving, refresh the page, click on “Run Once” on the bottom left, then send some data to your webhook.
