Can't provide file to the new "Message an Assistant" module - GPT- 4o

Hello,

I’m using the “Message an Assistant” module right after the “Upload a File” module from OpenAI. My sequence worked fine with the deprecated module, but now I can’t seem to provide my assistant with the file—or at least, I can’t figure out how to do it. Attached are some screenshots if anyone can help.

When I put the ID of the file uploaded to OpenAi in the “Code Interpreter Resources” field I get this error :

Still can’t find any solution to provide my assistant with the uploaded file.

Hello everyone,
I haven’t found a solution to this problem yet. I still don’t know how to upload a file to the new assistant module.

Hello,
For anyone having the same problem here’s what worked for me :

  • Make sure you use the right tool, I needed to provide a .xlsx file so I used Code Interpreter
  • Increase your prompt and completions token, eventhough I didn’t have a “max token limit reached” error, this is what fixed my “null” error.
