Can't send email

Hello there! I just started learning make.com and I am learning with make academy . One of the lessons dedicated to sending automatic email. I followed the lesson but I can’t send any email. I think there is something to do with email connection. I connected through my personal email, maybe I need to connect through business email…

i don’t think posting more of the same threads helps.

But the screenshot shows, that the email was sent. The Output-Bundle contains a message Id which you have received from the mail.ru mailserver.

hello,thank you. I solved the problem by using gmail account. I had to watch 10 minutes make.com tutorial about google restriction and followed along. But I wonder how to connect other email companies like mail.ru etc. in case future clients ask

There are no restrictions on using a personal email for the connection. You’ve set up the connection correctly. To ensure this, follow the instructions below the connection column of any module. Also you have to provide some permissions based on the module you are using.
