can someone tell me how to send email with make using the email module, do I need to buy something, what accounts work the best, are there some apps that are the best when working with clients? I keep getting the same error (Invalid login: 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [MN2PR22CA0030.namprd22.prod.outlook.com 2024-05-05T17:37:51.172Z 08DC6CEDA1B4D897]). I’ve tried everything so I’m asking for help. thanks

Every mail server has different connection methods. Please refer to the documentation of your mail server to get the right connection information.

You should create a connection for any of these module at first
so when you open the settings of that you can get online help which will help to get correct connection

Note that if you decide to use a regular gmail account to send email you will need to follow the Make instructions on setting up an app in Google Cloud Console to send. These are called “Restricted Google connections”. If you use a paid Google Workspace account you don’t need to do this setup so it’s much easier to send there.
With most commercial email services like Microsoft 365 and Google there are restrictions in that the from address has to be the address of the sender mailbox. If you want to send on behalf of other domain names you will need to use a sending service like SendGrid or Mailgun.
