Hello, I have had this error for over 2 weeks. I connect an outlook mailbox via the “EMAIL” module of Make, and I need to send mails on many scenarios I have. It’s very important for my business to send e-mails without errors.
Of course it works for a while after the scenario is launched, but … I get an error after an umpteenth iteration !
If I restart the scenario after this error, the mails are sent but likewise, not for long:
“Scenario has encountered an error while being processed. Fix the error or clear the queue. The reason is: Invalid login: 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful”
Do you have a solution to this problem? I’ve put “sleep” modules (several seconds long) before each email, but this doesn’t change anything. After a few hours, the script crashes and the emails aren’t sent. We don’t want to lose data either, so avoid error skips.
