Catching Up Watched Rows in Google Sheets

Is there a way to catch up watched rows in google sheets?

The problem that I have is that when I start watching a new sheet (for the first time), Make has to go through every row before it watches new ones.

Is there a setting so that it only watches truly new rows?

Right click on the watch module and select “choose where to start” and then select “from now on”.
