I am loading information from ClickUp in our Data Warehouse.
My first approach was to create scenario which on daily basics load all newrly created and updated tasks and time entries.
But we identified, that it doesn’t work correctly with deletions.
After, I started to discovery triggers. Especially Watch task. But I don’t see, how to make it work.
I created 1 step scenario only with Watch Task element and configured. Activated them. After them I make some interactions with tasks on Click up, but I see no data arrived in Make.com
I waited more then 1 hour, nothing arrived .
What`s I am doing wrong ?

The ClickUp doesn’t have an API Endpoint that would be able to list the “Deleted” time entries as you can see in their API doc.

The Watch Task module is working as expected. To watch for updated items you should set up the “Watch” field for “All Changes”
Then you can use the “Choose where to start” - choose manually and choose the item you want to process and you will see it will work.
I tried all of them and it did not work.
And started to work approximately on 1 week later. My assumption, that it was temporary issue in the component.
Unfortunately, we experienced similar issues few times and decided to change tool.
