the idea is when a clickup task changes stage to complete/paid then it calls a webhook and sends the task data to the webhook to then send an email of the task from the webhook, but
when i try test the scenario.
It seems that when the webhook is not being called and does not
collect any information from clickuo, im not sure what is happening and what i am doing wrong but this is the video showing what i mean:

Hi, I know this may be a silly question, but have you checked that the webhook is communicating by clicking on the Redetermine data structure button in the webhook module?
sorry for the late response, it works now i think i was doing a silly mistake, the webhook gets the data but now the issue is the email module says “Could not determine client ID from request.” error. im not sure why

I don’t know which email service you are using (Gmail or Exchange Online, for example), but I can only assume that the error about the Client ID means that the authentication information is wrong, so I suggest you refer to the Help Center page. Please refer to the Help Center page.
