Combine information from different modules

Hello!
we want to send an email with gmail where part of information comes from a Google Form (Service Request) and the other part from a Google Sheet ( Price List). So based on the information in the google form for example “Needs battery replacement” we can match that ("Needs battery replacement) with a price in the price list. Finally send an email.

How do I attach the rule that for a specific value in a given row in one sheet and get the corresponding value from another sheet or file. And finally add to the email.
