Hello! I own an aribnb cleaning business and i wanted to find a way to connect the calendars of the cleanings to airtable that way i can see all the properties in one place. I would like to do it using the ical url, that way I can use this method with any airbnb host i work with.

Hi @Buena_Vista,
If you have multiple calendars that manage the cleanings you may need to create several scenarios. One for each calendar. In the example below I’m assuming you use Google Calendar.
To begin with you’d watch for a new event/cleaning creation.
All of your Google instances will need to be connected and selected appropriately for each scenario from the Connections Dropdown. Click add to add a new instance of Google Calendar.
You can incorporate a filter for step 2 to make sure only events with the type “Cleaning” move forward. You may also filter on the event title to see if it contains the word “Cleaning”. There are several ways to approach this.
Finally, you would add a record to your “Events” table in Airtable or wherever you want the record to appear.
