Connect Make and Calendly to get Events from a Team and not from the personnal account

Hi All,

I’m trying to connect Make and Calendly but I would like to make appear the data from my Event’s team and not from my own event. It seems Make doesn’t recognize Events’ team on Calendly whereas it’s working on Zapier. Can you help me on this issue please?

Hi @JoEcom!

Do you want to get the events from the whole organization or from a group you’ve created.

If you want to get all events from your entire organization, you can just use the Calendly (List Events) Module and leave the user field empty. Just set the organization field. This way, you get all events from the organization.

Just keep in mind that you need admin/owner privilege to get that.

Hey thanks for your help.

I’m looking for getting the events from a group I’ve created and from these specific events put a Watch Events that triggers immediately the right data.

I’m the owner of the Calendly account so I have all permission :slight_smile:

What you proposed just show the only event I have on my personnal Calendly link whereas I’d like to get events from the group I’ve created with other people.

Got it,

however, what i’ve showed in the screenshot should give you all events from your organization.

However, that doesn’t matter now as your goal is to have a webhook (aka a make scenario that triggers instantly when a new event for a specific group is booked).

@JoEcom, I just spent the last hour getting it to work. :party_blob:

I was able to successfully create a webhook subscription that only returns events for a specific group. Just made a full video for you here:
