Connect - Woocommerce & Google sheets

What are you trying to achieve?

Connect WooCommerce to Google sheets

Steps taken so far

Tried to connect it up. The picture shows Woocommerce with a green tick but Google Sheets without one. Does this mean that Woocommerce isn’t connecting into Google Sheets?

Screenshots: scenario setup, module configuration, errors

Hi @Alfred_Agnew

Hello,

The first module indicates that it has been executed and has data. Now, in the second Google Sheets module, you have to connect it to your account and tell it which fields you want to add to Google Sheets.

Here is a template that also does what you are looking for.

Share a picture of your configuration in Google Sheets module.

Best regards,

Thank you. Yes I believe I have entered all the necessary data into the second module as well

. Please see screenshots.

Hey @Alfred_Agnew,

When you use watch records modules and run it once, and it shows the bubble only on watch module, that can be due to execution was successful but there was no data retrieved as there was no latest data to show or process. You can click on the bubble on top with 1 mentioned in it to see if it contains any data or not!

Thank you for this. Ahh ok think I’ve sorted/ understand it now. Google sheets will turn green if there’s an update. So if I make the scenario active and make it From now on and change it to Run every day will it automatically populate the Google sheets if an order comes through that day? Also will I be able to do all this for free or will I need to pay for this? Currently says I’ve used 751 operations. Thanks again.

Hi @Alfred_Agnew

Yes, of course. If you have data according to the criteria you have in the WooCommerce module, it will deliver the data to the next module.

Yes, you can use the operations you have in the free plan until you use them up.

Best regards
