Connecting API for Sensitive Application

Hello!

I’m working with our legal team to create an automation with Make that connects to our contract repository. We want to take Word documents that are uploaded requests and automatically upload them into a private Google Drive. We’re using Lexion.ai, and the problem we’re up against is connecting their API with Make. Ideally, we’d like to have a service account handle the API given the sensitive nature of legal contracts, so no one outside of that team could access the service account for the integration. Is this possible without using our main integration account that’s connected to Make?

Appreciate any help or insight you can provide!

Welcome to the Make Community!

You can create a separate Make team or organisation with only that service account to set up the scenario and connections.

What is stopping you from doing that?

@samliew

Hi @samliew - Good point, I guess I didn’t consider this. I’m quite new to Make, and the scenario that was presented to me made it seem like it wasn’t possible to not use our main integration account. I think that should do it! Thanks!
