Trying to connect my outlook email. I have multiple outlook and it keeps defaulting to the account I do not want to use. How do I select the correct account

You can either delete the unwanted connection or rename the correct connection. Renaming ensures that selecting the desired connection will no longer switch to another one. This issue typically happens when existing connections share the same name.
