Hello, I would like to make a connection to leap but it says : [401] API key is not properly formatted. The API key is the one retreived from my leap acount. I have roveked the original one and re-issue a new one to make sure there was no issue with the copy paste of the API key. what that could be ?

Could you try to revoke the previous API Key by the step here from Leap AI & then create a new connection again following our documentation page?
If the error persists, contacting our support team as suggested by @samliew would be the right thing to do since they have the necessary tools to further investigate this.
