Consistently cannot use iLovePDF actions, encountering 503 error

I have a scenario set up that will download PDFs from Google Drive, compress them, and upload them to a new folder. This was working great for a few months, until a couple of weeks ago. Now whenever I run any kind of iLovePDF action, I encounter a 503:

The service https://api105.ilovepdf.com/v1/download/g27d4mrsg3ztmnzAgm5d3njAgh87zvp413gd8sdqq2q7jvz3kkh09zfnknmhj0dxphdkf5wlblm2gyh1t0xhhsldx1cd3j0gt2fm5x8lyp2xA9xdfrfv3xt0h4x9mc8dvkqj6r23As66gksz65pq8wpb52 is temporarily unavailable.

I’ve trying removing and re-creating the connection, but I consistently hit this error no matter what action I try to take. Is there a way to resolve this to get this working?

Hi @thetrevorharmon,

welcome to the community!

error 5XX is usually something that the server does not handle. That’s why you do not get a specific error description. I’d try to reach out to iLovePDF about it and see what they see on their end

Fingers crossed,
Richard
