I just wanted to voice my frustration with the apparent non-existence of customer support at make. I can’t find any way to talk to a human or send an email. I don’t want to open a ticket on a customer forum. Even the button that says get in touch goes to an almost blank boiler plate customer support hub with no option to “get in touch” with anybody.
I just wanted to ask if there’s an undo button. It doesn’t seem like there is, which is insane to me. If i accidentally add a node, it moves everything automatically without me touching it. There’s no undo button, so now even if I delete the node I accidentally added, nothing goes back into place and it looks ugly. Why is there not an undo button?
Sorry to hear that. I think Make support did it this way to streamline their support process, so any available team member can jump on the next pending ticket in their support queue.
That’s a great idea! I’m sure others would agree that this is a nice feature to have.
