Hey there, I want to add new integration to make com. Simple question: Hod do I achieve that? Should I become the so-called “Make.com partner” or what?

No you don’t have to be Make partner for this. You can follow the development guide to create a new app, add modules and other functionality to it, and then after the app is done,
a) You can invite users that you want to share the app with. This will only allow the user with an invite link to use your app.
b) You can then submit a request to the Make team to make the app public. If approved, it will be listed in Make website allowing other users to directly use it.
