I’m new to Make.com, it was recommended to us by our Monday consultant in order to run an automation on my Monday board.
Can you someone help me with what I’m trying to do below?
We have a bid board and on this bid board, we add invites that come into our department daily for different electrical jobs. Once a bid comes in, it’s assigned a file number and added to our bid board. We often see the same job come in but for different contactors. Currently, we assigned each bid it’s own number - however we are needing to change it to the same bid number for bids that are for the same job.
How do I create a scenario do read my Monday boards for any invite numbers that are duplicates and count them as 1 job. We are needing to do this for reporting purposes. Right now our numbers look really low because we could have done the same job for 5 different contractors and won the job but it looks like we then lost 4.
I’m in a bit of a time crunch with this so any help is appreciated asap - I’m willing to jump on a zoom/teams call with someone as well. Thank you!!
