Display ManyChat Conversation within Monday.com crm update section

I wanted to display all ManyChat Conversation within Monday.com crm update section. However, team member should be able to view and manage customer conversations without leaving the Monday.com interface.

Need help in achieving that

This should look like this:

  1. trigger to get messages from manychat > search customer in monday > create an update/ reply to an update if it is a reply
  2. trigger to get updates from monday > search customer in manychat > send a message
