I’m encountering an issue with the DocuSign - Watch Envelope Completed module in Make. The error message states:
[401] The access token provided is expired, revoked or malformed.
I’ve already tried the following:
Created a fresh connection with DocuSign.
Re-created another connection, but the error persists.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

i have the same problem and when i checked documentation it seems the webhook to watch envelope completed only is activate for 1 hour
Ow don’t know that exist. Thanks for the information. How about the other docusign triggers? is there any walk around?
Hey @ejt1 , Did you ever find a solution for this? I have the same issue, and have put in tickets with both Make and Docusign but still struggling with this connection. I want to be able to watch the envelopes for status change to complete, but the connection is constantly timing out
